I slept really well! I have problems with my 4th and 5th toes! I couldn't sleep on my side. With this pillow, I slept without feeling any pain! Of course, this is individual for each person, but it worked perfectly for me! My wife has a smaller pillow like this for her knee, I tried sleeping with that smaller pillow, and it was bad! That's why I bought a larger one. My feet didn't sweat from the pillow! In general, it's comfortable and useful. It's made carefully. It stays well on the foot. You can adjust the fit (for thicker or thinner feet).

I have a lumbar-sacroiliac joint dislocation. I have spondylolisthesis and two herniated discs. Before, I used a pillow, but I still woke up with pain in this area. I must admit, I didn't expect this to be such a wonderful product.
I am absolutely delighted.
On the first day it seemed uncomfortable, but on the second day it was a pleasure.
Today is the 5th day and the pain has significantly decreased, and now I can't imagine myself without this pillow, or rather, my lower back.
